Carrier Requirements
To ensure a smooth onboarding process, please have the following documents ready:

• Valid Motor Carrier Authority (MC Authority)

• Proof of Insurance (Liability & Cargo)

• Signed W-9

• Completed Carrier Packet

• Copy of CDL (for owner-operators)

Once completed, email your application and required documents to:

Await Verification
Once submitted, our compliance team will:

• Review your documents

• Verify insurance and authority

• Set up your carrier profile in our system

This process typically takes 24–48 hours.

Start Receiving Loads
After approval, you will:

• Receive a welcome email

• Be assigned to a dispatcher

• Start receiving available loads immediately
