Definitions

“Client,” “you,” refers to the carrier/driver using our services.

“Service” refers to dispatching, load booking, communication, and administrative assistance.
Service Agreement
By using our dispatching services, you agree to:

Provide accurate business and insurance information

Maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations

Operate safely, legally, and professionally

Pay fees associated with loads booked by our team
We do NOT operate vehicles or assume responsibility for freight, accidents, or violations.
Fees & Payments

Fees are based on the agreed percentage or rate per load.

Payment is due once the load is delivered and invoiced.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
No Forced Dispatch
Clients may accept or decline any load. However, you remain responsible for communicating promptly with your dispatcher.
Responsibilities
Our Responsibilities:

Finding and booking loads

Negotiating rates

Communicating with brokers

Assisting with paperwork and dispatching tasks
Your Responsibilities:

Ensuring load is picked up/delivered safely

Providing accurate check-in times
-
Maintaining proper insurance and authority

Following all federal and state regulations
Limitation of Liability
Dispatch Dominion is not liable for:

Cargo loss or damage
-
Accidents or delays
-
Violations, citations, or service failures
-
Broker or shipper issues outside our control
Our role is administrative and supportive only.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. All outstanding payments must be fulfilled before termination.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website (logos, text, graphics, branding) is the property of Dispatch Dominion and may not be copied without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee.
